ALS services now stationed during SAVES

Since Dec. 29, 2014, a Medic 46 Advanced Life Support car has been stationed during a Southeastern Adams Volunteer Emergency Services firehouse located during 5865 Hanover Road, Conewago Township. The medic unit, staffed and accessible to yield 24/7 services, responds to 911 calls as dispatched by a suitable puncture communication center.
The unit’s primary response areas embody McSherrystown Borough, Conewago Township and portions of Union and Mount Pleasant townships, with delegate coverage for Littlestown and West Manheim Township.
In further to a Medic 46 section stationed during SAVES, Hanover Hospital maintains medic units during a sanatorium and during a United Hook and Ladder Fire Co., 21 N. Bolton St., in New Oxford.
