Annual Walk to Defeat ALS raises money, awareness

A fundraiser was hold Sunday in Winton Woods to lift income and recognition about ALS.
The annual Walk to Defeat ALS stepped off Sunday.
Participants lifted income to assistance Greater Cincinnati chapters continue to give caring services and support for patients vital with ALS.
“For roughly everybody here it’s personal,” Debbie Lower said, who is a ALS organisation house chair. “It’s possibly a family member or a crony that’s vital with ALS right now, or maybe somebody they’ve lost, so it’s a good approach for people to feel a clarity of village and to assistance other people with ALS.”
ALS recognition was in a forefront final year with a renouned ice bucket plea videos.
Organizers pronounced a travel has been going on for a final 10 years.
