Shaw on ALS: Body struggles, mind stronger

Last August, former NFL linebacker Tim Shaw announced that he had been diagnosed with ALS. Shaw, a fifth-round breeze collect of a Panthers in 2007, also played for a Jaguars, Bears and Titans during his seven-year career.
In a video on a Titans’ website, Shaw said during a time, “A year ago we was personification NFL football. I’ve recently been diagnosed with ALS. I’m here currently to mount adult and quarrel with all of we opposite this disease.”
